Chennakesava Temple177:

The Chennakesava Temple, originally called Vijayanarayana Temple was built in Belur, by the Hoysala King Vishnuvardhana. There is 'Andal (Ranganayaki) temple' which is the temple of the goddess Andal situated to the north-west of the Keshava temple. The basement has friezes of elephants, scroll design and puranic scenes.
