Bharatanatyam; Cordination Body And Mind Creative Movements:

To achieve perfection in dance, perseverance and discipline must be tandem with each other. Saadhna is the path to attain flexibility that enables harmony and coordination between body and mind. The body is an instrument of performance, therefore hardwork and training are essential, especially in dance. Many musical warmup exercises can be practiced before beginning the dance form like the Trikaala, bending, rotation of legs, leap accompanied with gestures like kattakamukkam and alapadhma. These are dramatically demonstrated as a dance sequence in this episode. Further, the different namaskaars are also illustrated.
